We require renters' insurance and transfer of all utilities before move-in. 

      Rental Approval depends on your criminal records, eviction, or bankruptcy within the last 3 years, and if you don’t meet the financial requirements. 

      We would need a Copy of your driver's license, SSN, the First Page of your 2024 tax return, and the last 4 pay check stubs, the previous 3 months' bank statements, submit online with your application, or email it to me at cpatel@ccreations.co, or you can bring a paper copy to our office at 315 US 31 South, Greenwood, IN 46142. 

       Once you move in we only collect rent by Venmo or CashApp.
